Try before you buy

You can try Game Hub’s interface for free in your browser from our demo page before buying.

When you get a full refund

  • You paid but did not receive your activation code within hours and we cannot deliver it.
  • The software does not work on your PC and we cannot fix the problem — request within days of purchase.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.

When refunds are not available

  • More than days after purchase, except for non-delivery.
  • Change of mind after the code has been delivered and works on your PC, since the product is digital and delivered instantly.

How to request

Email with your order number (shown on your request page) and the email you paid from. We answer within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned through Payoneer to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it. The activation code of a refunded order is cancelled.
