GAMEHUB

Terms of Service

Last updated:

1. Who we are

Game Hub is software developed and sold worldwide by , an individual software developer based in , (“we”, “us”). Contact: .

2. The product

Game Hub is a Windows 10/11 desktop application that organises a user’s PC game library and backs up and restores game accounts and save files. We sell a digital software license: an activation code tied to one PC, valid for 1 year from issue, priced at US$ . No physical goods are shipped.

3. Ordering and payment

  • You submit an activation request on our website with your name, email and your PC’s device ID shown in the app.
  • We send you a payment request through Payoneer to your email. You pay it by credit or debit card (Visa / Mastercard) on Payoneer’s secure page. We never see or store your card details.
  • The price is shown in US dollars. Payoneer or your bank may add their own fees or currency conversion.

4. Delivery

After your payment is confirmed, your activation code is delivered digitally — on your request page and by email — normally within hours. If you have not received it, contact us with your order number.

5. License terms

  • The license is for personal use on the one PC whose device ID was submitted. It keeps working after reinstalling Windows on the same PC.
  • If you replace your PC or its main components during the license period, contact us and we will reissue a code for the new device once, free of charge.
  • You may not resell, share, decompile, modify or circumvent the license protection of the software.
  • All updates released during your license period are included.

6. Renewal

Licenses do not renew automatically and you are never charged without your action. Before expiry you may request a renewal, which adds one year on top of the remaining time.

7. Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

8. Third-party services

Game Hub works alongside game stores such as Steam, EA, Epic and others. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by them; all trademarks belong to their owners. You are responsible for complying with those services’ own terms.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The software is provided “as is”. We take care to make backups and restores reliable, but we recommend keeping your own copies of important data. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. The terms in force when you bought apply to that purchase.
